MICHELE FEROLI
CEO, CO-FOUNDER
At just 26, he founded Siralab Robotics with a clear mission: transforming advanced research into operational capability. A results-driven entrepreneur, he has played a key role in shaping Italy’s UAV sector, leading complex programs for institutional and defense clients.
Since 2017, he has guided Siralab toward becoming an international benchmark in small tactical drone systems, where engineering excellence and Made in Italy reliability deliver mission-ready technologies for security and defense.
STEFANO PAGNOTTELLI
IT MANAGER, HEAD OF SOFTWARE AND R&D, CO-FOUNDER
Co-founder of Siralab Robotics, he joined as a PhD candidate from the University of Perugia, fostering technology transfer between research and industry.
He contributed to the development of the core software powering Siralab’s UAV systems and now leads the Software Engineering and R&D team, overseeing the full product lifecycle to ensure performance, reliability, and seamless integration.

RICCARDO CAMPI
HEAD OF DESIGN ORGANISATION
He joined Siralab Robotics in 2014 as a thesis student, contributing to research on autonomous systems and military jammer technologies.
From 2016 to 2021, he led hardware and mechanical design across multiple UAV platforms. Today, as Head of Hardware Design, he oversees the laboratory and coordinates development activities, ensuring reliable, market-ready solutions.
SIMONE CAPPELLETTI
HEAD GROUND CONTROL STATION SYSTEM
He joined Siralab Robotics in 2014 as a thesis student, developing autonomous navigation and computer vision algorithms for experimental vehicles.
In 2015, he worked on drone swarm control systems, integrating obstacle detection and collision avoidance into UAV platforms.
Since 2016, he has contributed to Siralab’s software framework, focusing on payload integration, Ground Control Station (GCS), and onboard avionics, playing a key role in ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.
